Mongolia, a land-locked nation in the East and Central Asia, is dubbed as the Land of Vast Emptiness, where land meets the sky. Hence it is also called the Land of Blue Skies.
This country, probably unknown to many, is a favorite summer destination to more than 500,000 tourists every year. The majority of tourists come from Japan and South Korea, next are the United States, France and Germany.

Tourists come to Mongolia to witness national events like the Naadam Holiday or Three Manly Games and to enjoy the natural beauty of Gobi Desert, Khuvsgul Lake, Erdene Zuu Monastery, Altai Tavan Bogd National Park, Terelj National Park and many more.

This year, Mongolia is proudly opening its doors to thousands of visitors for the tourism season, which is happening in Summer. Tourists are expected to flock in the region to experience adventure activities such as trekking, hiking and biking and enjoy national festivities such as the Naadam Festival, the biggest event in Mongolia. The Naadam festival showcases Mongolias traditional manly games such as wrestling, horse racing, and archery. You will see locals and participants dressed in their traditional costumes and riding on horses. The Mongolians await this festival every year and prepare themselves to join the games.
